The staff truly made our stay enjoyable and
attentive. We appreciated the concierge's help with local activities, though the breakfast service was a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, the ambiance was relaxing and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Amazing family fun!
We had an awesome family getaway! The kids loved the Easter egg hunt, they even hid chocolate eggs in our room! Plus, movie nights with hot cocoa were a hit. Our room was nice and had great views. A bit of a wait on the shuttle during peak times, though.

The Fairmont's ambiance is lovely, with helpful staff enhancing the experience, although restaurant service was slow and room cleaning had some hiccups. Dining options were decent, but a bit overpriced, and the pool area felt overcrowded at times. Overall, a charming place in a great location.

The Fairmont King Room we stayed in was super comfy with quality furnishings. Loved the little details, like the personalized soap and shampoo. The view from the room was incredible. The overall decor of the hotel was really nice. Would’ve been nice if they had fixed the coffee maker in the room, though. Still, the room felt spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a fantastic group vacation! The ski-in/ski-out access was unbeatable, and our stay at the beautiful mountain-facing room made it even better. Enjoyed relaxing at the pool and two awesome restaurants, Portobello for quick bites and The Grill for a special birthday dinner. Perfect for adventure and relaxation.

Exceptional Ski Access
The indoor and outdoor pools were both heated and so inviting. Ski-in/ski-out access right at the Blackcomb gondola made hitting the slopes a breeze. Room had comfy bedding and flat-screen TV. Staff were super helpful, especially with the ski valet service that made gear storage and retrieval a cinch. Dining at Portobello gave me delicious quick bites.
